Your responsibilities
As an Electronics technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft systems worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Repairing electronic units that are integral to aircraft systems, such as cockpit panels, navigation systems, multiplexers, power control units, and data and communication units
Conducting comprehensive tests using state-of-the-art automatic test equipment
Performing hardware repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the component level, including both through-hole and surface-mount device (SMD) technologies
Working with a wide range of avionics technology, from 1980s systems to present-day equipment
Collaborating with a team of 16 specialized technicians across four different groups, each focusing on unique aspects of avionics repair
Contributing to the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes that keep aircraft flying safely

You will be working in a dynamic and internationally oriented company with locations in Europe, Asia, and America. The organization has one goal: to exceed reliability expectations to keep aircraft where they belong, in the air. The team you will be working with in the shop consists of 16 technicians, each with their own specialization. To keep knowledge and skills up to date, regular training sessions and informational meetings are organized

Your skills
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
Proven experience in repairing electronic components or printed circuit boards
Strong soldering skills and in-depth knowledge of electronics
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with robotics or home automation systems
Knowledge of aviation laws and regulations
Background in avionics
