Your responsibilities

As a Program Manager Aviation, you will be at the front of managing complex (maintenance) programs within the aviation industry. Your primary focus will be aligning team capabilities with customer needs, ensuring optimal performance and growth. Key responsibilities include:

Leading multidisciplinary teams in chartering, initiating, and executing programs
Setting targets, analyzing data, and reporting to stakeholders
Balancing program service levels and capital requirements
Collaborating with product management and sales to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

You will work at the Schiphol location, reporting directly to the Head of Programs. This role requires a strategic mindset to align program objectives with operational priorities.

Your work environment

You will be working in a dynamic and internationally oriented company with locations in Europe, Asia, and America. The organization has one goal: to exceed reliability expectations to keep aircraft where they belong, in the air. The team you will be working with in the shop consists of 16 technicians, each with their own specialization. To keep knowledge and skills up to date, regular training sessions and informational meetings are organized.

Your skills

Bachelor's degree in Aviation or Supply Chain Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years in program or key account management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative, 'outside-the-box' mentality
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle conflicting opinions effectively
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred)
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language

A salary ranging from €4,500 to €5,800 per month
